Our Sell-side Due Diligence VDR is configured with a private area where the Sell-side data room managers can work on the flow of documents in the preliminary phase by adding notes and labels, as well as activate notifications and reminders to signal deadlines and due dates.
Once the documentation is ready, protected with all the security features and massively uploaded onto the VDR, it is transferred to the public area, sorted, updated and accessible to the other VDR users. Users undergo a 2-factor authentication process to access the VDR and have granular access to the documentation. Sell-Side VDR managers also have access to real-time reports to monitor everything that happens in the data room.

Multipartner's Buy-side Due Diligence VDR is configured with a private area where the Buy-side data room managers can focus on the preliminary work to be done on the target companies and decide what documentation they wish to request. Once the tree view is ready, the templates available in the VDR allow to recreate and apply the tree view to all target companies. Each company can then upload its files onto the VDR in clustered and segregated folders where investors can access in a confidenial manner. The Buy-side Due Diligence VDR also provides a direct Q&A channel between each target company and the Buy-side VDR managers to ask questions or request additional information in a quick and structured way.
